Every co-op Friday’s lunch menu, editable in place. Nothing changes on the
mothers’ sign-up page until you tap Publish — then it changes instantly.

New week
If a menu was saved for this theme before, the new week starts with it.
The opening — automatic
The standing rule: each week's sign-up opens on the
Saturday before it, at 9:00 AM — one week at a time, same cadence as Larkspur
(theirs rings at 10:00). Nobody schedules anything. Before the moment, the sign-up page
shows that week greyed behind a live countdown and the backend refuses every claim; at
it, the page opens itself for everyone and the announcement email rides the same bell.
The override above is for rehearsals and odd cases only.
